The age of the MMORPG is over and I am as sad as can be.

I personally feel that the age of the mmorpg is coming to and end with the way games are progressing. The feeling I had playing FFXI or wow at 60,70, and 80 has completely been ripped away by games destroying themselves or just not being good enough in my opinion. I am currently 30 years old and I can't find a game good enough to hold my attention for more than an hour or so other than league of legends because it changes with every game. I grew up playing games and towards the end of high school and beyond have been obsessed with video games but I am extremely sad that I just don't enjoy the games of today as much as I used to. I have tried so many games in many different genres and haven't found anything to keep my love of games going (age of empires series, fall guys, shadows of war/mordor, the witcher series, team fortress 2, call of duty modern warfare, fallout shelter). I need some serious opinions from people that ended up in the same situation or I might eventually stop playing video games all together and that makes me extremely sad just thinking I will never get to feel the same sense of giddy love for a game ever again.
