AOE3 Home city card changes confirmed

So far I've been able to spot a couple of immediate changes to the cards in the game (outside of the visual representation)

The 2 villagers card can now be sent infinite times, unlike the 3 villagers card which can still only be sent once.

The cheaper fishing boats card now only reduces the amount of wood it takes to build a fishing boat by a flat 20, instead of the original 40%. To compensate for this you now also build boats 20% faster. This is extended to the team cheaper fishing boats card from the aztec, without the faster build speed.

Unfortunately no one is covering the card changes on youtube right now, and so finding any information like this relies on seeing the tooltips as people hover over them.

I'm sure there are many new changes to the cards, if anyone wants to add their discoveries here it would be appreciated.
