Greece revolution Civ for Ottomans?

With future updates in consideration, I thought it would be cool if Ottomans got Greece as a possible revolution with the whole revamped revolutions mechanic. On the other hand it makes complete sense as to why they wouldn't be added, as every possible revolution civ is currently shared by 2 or more civilizations.

In a more of a meme-y idea, instead have Byzantium/Rome be a revolutionary civ (maybe from Russia too?), and Cataphracts can finally make their appearance in the only Age of Empires game without them.
