Compare with Spanish and Ottoman

Spanish and Ottoman are civs that have powerful rush (2 age push and FF rush) with many cards usage.

So sometimes I feel they are look same although Ottoman have free settlers.

I want to know What is difference between 2 civs and want to know strength and weakness of each civs.
