Steam won't launch AOE 2 DE

Hello AOE 2 Community

After the new patch i've been playing the game for some days without any problems, but today steam won't launch the game. I tried to reinstall the game, stop my antivirus program, reinstall steam, use of the "verify integrity of game files" in steam, update windows and download the newest version of C++, but nothing is working. Does anyone have to same problem or any tip on how to fix this?
