1700-1800ELO Problems On EE

I’ve recently gotten up to around 1750 ELO and I’ve been having problems moving forward. Any non ranked games are either titled noob or 1700+. The noob games I get kicked from but every 1700+ game is filled with 1900 ELO or smurf accounts that absolutely destroy me. I feel like I haven’t been making any progress because of this. Do you guys have any tips on how to practice without getting destroyed in the first 10 minutes??? Should I just stick to ranked matches?
