WEST INDIA AND SEA SERVER SUCKS!!!

8 of us are trying for about 1 hour now.. And experienced the following scenarios:

1. Lobby wont create. ("Cannot create game" error)
2. Lobby created, but only few us can see it. ( can join with game id sometimes, so we have to copy and share game id )
3. The few that can see, only fewer can join. ( "Unable to join" error)
4. We can see old games that we cancelled to create new.. the cancelled games wont disappear in the lobby list.
5. Restarted Steam, Restarted windows, Restartef game, only thing not tried is to format the entire hard disk, and it won't fix. Obviously since its network issue,. But who really knows with microsoft? 6.Lobby create, all joined Haallelujah Amen, the game count down from 5 to 0, then wont start. Stuck in lobby.
6. Ping is green in all server

HONESTLY THE WAY MICROSOFT MANAGES THIS IS HORRITERRIBLE IT SUCKS REALLY... Cant even complain in forum the post message is behind a wall of multiple FAQ and login screen. GG WP.. AAArgh microsoft im about to send for refunds
