Nili was just talking on his stream (link at 30:30) about how AOE1 has way more viewers and is a lot more popular than 2. Even when Redbull was going on they had more viewers, and some streamers have over a million followers (compared to T90 at 225k). Some of Twitch chat were asking if it was a joke and I thought the same but it's really the case.
I had no idea this was so, I looked up AOE1 on Twitch and there was only 25 viewers across all channels. Nili said it's particularly popular in Vietnam, so is that the case it's 99% in Vietnam? If so does anyone have any links, and are there any English streamers?
Anyone have any info on this or know why this is the case?
