Respect Privacy or name and Shame?

So, I have noticed lately, and have literally just experienced, lots of toxic comments (in this case about my skill level and, my ability to speak English and my mother, God rest her soul) when the opponent knows the rec has ended. The most recent experience went something like this. Opponent tried all in MA, skirm in feudal. It went to castle age, but not much further. There was some respectful chatting during, but as soon as the opponent resigned, knowing the rec ended, o boy ... Did they kick off.

So, my question is, should the rec go to the end, potentially deterring toxic behaviour, or should the current situation stay the same?
