How to best practice building orders?

Hi guys circles here

I hope you are all doing good. Recently I picked up this game again and play it every week. I plan to go ranked again as I used to and I am now practicing against the AI but I am stuck at the very hard in 1 vs 1. I think the problem is that my build order is not clean enough. Do you have some tipps how to practice the order fast and effective alone?
