How do I download/import/use someone elses hotkeys?

And why are mine scuffed?

I just got back to Aoe2HD - and played a game like I normally would (TC + create villager has always been H - C for me) - it worked like it always has, but today I log in - I make no changes (playing the same player profile) - and suddenly my hotkeys are all scuffed. H + A = TC - create villager. If I want villagers to build I'd always click one and hit "B" - now I the hotkeys changed to "A".

I know I can manually change them back, but I cba going through that - and I remember downloaded Vipers hotkeys before. However, today I couldn't figure out how to. I downloaded the hotkeys - was unsure of where to put them. Managed to figure out that I had to drag it into the profile-folder, but it still doesn't work. It'll still use the scuffed new hotkeys.

I couldn't find any tutorials anywhere. (I'm not playing on Voobly).
