How to not always play in team with latinos?

I don't know why but I always end up playing in team with latinos and I can't speak to them because of different languages... they are incredibly noob, I can't stand this shit anymore. Today as center-right pocket I was helping (Helping? most right saying I was doing everything by my own, my teammate's help was irrelevant) my right flank to siege the opponent left flank but I was raided from the opponent right flank because the other 2 teammates didn't walled. They didn't event told me about the army that was coming.

Or, in another game, another latinos was begging for help because the opponent started to attack him AFTER 1 HOUR OF PLAYING. And he resigned 2 seconds after that.

While my opponents are almost always from europe/north america and they speak english all the time (I'm used to read their chat on Voobly after each game and they can make better strategy because of speaking). This happened 8 times out of my latest 10 games. I would like to not have to play alone vs 4 sometimes, because I'm noob too!
