I recently started playing Age of Mythology again and I have a two questions.

I used to play Age of Mythology: Titans when I was a young lad that did not understand what he was doing and, after remembering that I had the Extended Edition on Steam, I decided to start playing it again and I had two questions I wanted to ask you guys:

1 - How good are the Atlanteans overall? I like their aesthetic a lot but I kinda wanted to know their place in the meta before I got too into them.

2 - What gods are considered "training wheels" or overall better choices in the meta? Asking out of curiosity of course, not that I aspire to become an Age of Mythology pro or anything like that.
