Looking for a 1600-1650 teammate

I like team games in principle, but sometimes I get matched up with really bad teammates. Just yesterday I was the lowest ranked player in a 2v2 arabia, and I ended up having the highest score the whole way through. But alas, my teammate sucked, so we managed to lose anyways. My elo is getting worse, and I'm sick and tired of getting poor teammates. I'd just like to have some teammates that I can play with whenever we both happen to be on. My aoe2 username is the same as my reddit username.
