How easy to identify are AoE2 civs by someone who doesn't play the game?

So you show a group of friends, who have a decent idea of what AoE2 is all about and know quite a bit about medieval History, every civ's bonuses and tech tree. You withhold their name, architecture and unique units. You also conceal unique techs' names (and eventually unique buildings' names as well).

Which civ do you think will they correctly identify more easily? Which one will they miss more often?
