Yes, it has been stated to death that they're OP.
I went full Arambai the other day and beat a better opponent than me, which wasn't really a fulfilling victory. Felt like cheating. The fella had his cav archers and halbs torn apart by the bastards.
So, do any of you know how to counter these guys, apart from the obvious "Don't let you opponent mass them". I mean, some games simply end up in Late Castle/Imperial, regardless of what you do.
In this game in particular I suffered insane pressure from my Hun opponent as he was clearly trying to kill me before the Arambai came out, but since I scouted his base well, his scouts met with my spears and his cav archers met my skirms and I raided him with knights as I want for a boom.
