scenario wonders age 3yjc1a1 failed to load?

Hi all iv been playing though the campaign and iv come across a error that wont let me start the japan campaign. for some reason it says scenario wonders age 36jc1ai failed to load. when i start up it wont play the cutscene.

All the other campaigns work fine, except for the entire asia campaign because i cant get the first one to play.

any one got any ideas on how to make it work im running windows 10
