You don't see Monks used all the time (or at least not mass Monks), but they definitely have their uses. Of course, not every civilization has good Monks, and some are outright terrible.
Which civilizations are your top 5 Monk civs? Which are your worst 5 Monk civs?
I expect Aztecs to be #1 on most players' top 5 lists, but which civs are your #2 to #5?
