Casting Mods

I've been attempting to organize and cast a micro-league of AoE2 for friends and I like to provide them with their own casted games. I've poked around and vaguely remember T-90 Official saying something about finding a list of the casting mods he uses, but cant find anything like it.

Does anyone know where to find casting mods that will show the ongoing upgrades? Or other caster mods?
