Forgot Email, Username and Password

So I had purchased a Aoe3 complete edition like 5 years ago(CD). Now I don't remember the email, username and password of the online account. I tried forgot password and it sent the reset email to the registered mail. But idk the mail. I tried contacting the support team by Email, but the mail was not delivered due to technical issues. I have the product id and CD key.

Can I get a working support contact or maybe any other way to retrieve my account.
