Memb's Building Art Mod

I've been wondering this a while when watching Memb's streams, and now during ECL, I've got to know: what Mod is Memb using for his building art?

I know there are a few sets on Steam, but some of the building designs I've seen on Memb's stream are just gorgeous, and the details on most are just great. I love the pelts on the awnings of the Mongol buildings, and the colors on the Aztec and Incan buildings.

If he's just using a combo of mods, I guess I'll just download all of them, but wanted to check if there was a particular set.

Second question: Has anyone experienced slow down from graphical mods? Does it impact the game at all (especially on HD-- already a nightmare on 50% of games).
