Bulgarian Krepost idea [DE spoilers]

The Bulgarians are an infantry and cavalry civ. For infantry they get: free militia line upgrades (although they lack champ) and an Imp UT which gives +3/0 armour to their militia line. For cavalry they get: a CA UT which gives their scout line and UU +25% attack speed.

They also get a unique building which acts as a mini castle which can train their UU. Their UU is essentially a combination of their two specialties: it starts off as a cavalry unit (albeit more like a knight than a light cav) and turns into an infantry unit when it dies.

So, given that the Krepost can build their UU (which is a combination of their specialties), shouldn't it also be able to produce the specialties (i.e. the scout line and the militia line). This wouldn't be a huge buff, but it could be useful (e.g. if you run out of gold you can still use it to produce hussars). It would also be nice from a thematic perspective and is somewhat intuitive.
