Genoese xbow need buff.

Genoese xbows are real inportant units for Italians imp game. Because they don't have herbs, camels, and any pike's bonus.

They are good anti cav units, when massive.

But Genoese only cost-efficient when fight against cav. in other case arbs are better because of long range and cheap cost.

So I don't under stand why Genoese training time longer than other foot archer UU, for example Rattan, Chu ko nu, they are just 16sec.

I think Genoese xbow need buff about their training time.
