Hi. I'm actually new to this community, so I hope that I'm posting this in the right place.
I [16M] have been having problems with gaming recently. I've had a PS4 for about four years now. I usually wouldn't consider myself to be a hardcore gamer. But now I'm having a summer break, which means that I've spent more time on my console.
The problem is that video games can make me really angry sometimes. If I happen to lose a game, I rage-quit and start shouting. Sometimes I've even pounded my table with my controller. I've tried different things to control my rage, but they haven't really helped.
Another problem is that I can't seem to find games that I actually enjoy playing. I don't like FPS titles, but those seem to be the majority of the games that people play. I've never tried playing RPG's, but KOTOR seems kind of interesting. I don't have much experience with RTS games, although I used to play Age of Empires when I was younger. Do you people have any tips for me?
TL;DR: Losing in video games makes me angry and I can't seem to find a game that's enjoyable to play.
