Is there a noob reference guide somewhere?

Hey there! I recently picked up definitive edition to relive some of the fun times I had as a kid and I see there is lots of online stuff going on.

So far I’ve just been playing around I’m the campaigns and I’m a little afraid to try multiplayer because I’m sure I suck. I’ve been reading on strategies here and there but plenty of ingame terms I’m not certain about like Booming and Playing pocket.

A few others that I’m just not sure how it is effective.

Cav rush or other rush - how do you manage your base and also harass the other player? I tried a fast archer rush build against hard ai and they all died to a mangonel when I was telling villagers what to do.

Also see mention of building up multiple town Centers that you don’t usually have to worry about in campaign play, so just like an idiots guide of things to do. I’ve tried a few games against hard ai and seems they beat me to army or if I get a first army, I struggle to keep up with resource collection. I won one with an archer rush harassing villagers and he resigned, but if he had even just turtled up in his town center he probably would have come back to beste because I had nothing else but those archers going for me lol.
