When to click up as Vikings on land map?

Since free wheelbarrow is so powerful, does this mean you should click up super early as vikings to get it, even on slow maps like BF?

I am thinking around the 20 vill mark or whenever you can get enough food. My maths says once you are up and researched horse collar and axe you are about 4 villagers worth of production ahead.
