should malay elephants and burmese be nerfed?

malay elephant discount could be tiered. Keep it 30% in imp, but lower discount in castle age, say 15 or 20%?

Early castle age, malay elephants are just as strong as everyone else's battle elephants. Giving them a huge discount doesn't make a lot of sense at that stage of the game.

I think the discount, as designed, was intended to balance post imp elephants, when they have less armor. It makes sense to keep their imp discount the same. I don't think a slightly higher castle age cost would render them unusable.

I'm less confident about whether or not anything should be done about the burmese UU. They're really good at tearing down tc's, but I think bodkin arrow and a few skirms under the tc can defend well? Might be wrong. I've played against them less.
