I screwed up the screen resolution - please help?

Hi all,

I am playing AOE3 on a 2017 macbook pro laptop (I know, I know - I really should buy a PC and am working on it). I was fiddling with the screen resolution as there were two black bars on the side of the screen that have been there for years, but today, like an idiot, I decided to see if I could get rid of them. I set the screen resolution to the highest (3000x 2000 or something) to go through process of elimination to find the resolution that fit the screen the best and now I can't change it back because it's impossible to navigate to the top right of the screen to click settings. I just see the top left third of the screen.

Any ideas on how to fix or solve this? I worry I've just prevented myself from playing the game again. Thanks for any and all help!
