Camels vs Elephants

Currently, camels (and mamelukes) have no bonus against elephants, except their standard cavalry bonus. That means they are cost effective fighting elephants 1v1, but because of the elephants blast damage, they aren't cost effective even in small battles (equal resources). If the issue is gold, elephants are even better as they cost only 30% more gold than camels.

Even civs with good camels (Malians, Indians, Saracens) can't get good fights against elephants. In small numbers they can beat the elephants but with very little numbers and hp remaining. As the fight grows, camels lose badly to them.

Given that elephants are essentially unstoppable when massed, shouldn't camels get some kind of bonus to make massed elephants easier to stop?

Also worth noting that Berbers, Malians and Turks don't have halberdiers, so dealing with elephants is specially hard for them. Saracens also don't have halbs but they have mamelukes which don't suffer from receiving the blast damage when fighting eles, so they're a good counter.
