Is there a mod that adds more formations and unit behavior controls?

I love AOE3, but the lack of formation options and in depth unit behavior controls really annoys me. We lost so many options from AOE2 for example. I hate having to micromanage every unit nearly all the time. I'm not a fan of that kind of hyperactive twitch reaction gameplay. I want to be relaxed when I'm playing my RTS games.
