Have I been playing AOE2 too much?

Have I been playing AOE2 too much? I've been playing 16+ hours per day. I pulled myself away to eat dinner for a few minutes, and for some reason parted my rotinis in two equal piles, and they looked just like when my 30 archers form the Flank formation. I thought I saw a magonel, but it turned out to be my nephew's toy dump truck on the table. Then I looked out the window and thought I saw some trebuchets, and started looking for the Hoardings button. Then I realized they were just slides at the playground. Everytime I hear the sheep in my neighbor's yard, I start moving my mouse hand incessantly, but then I realize I'm not playing the game and don't need to use their sheep to scout. Maybe I need a break, but I am training very hard so I can beat The Biper, Doubt, and Backed in a 3v1.
