Hi, my name is João Nasser and im a Historian for the Federal Fluminense University in Rio de Janeiro, Brasil.
I was born in the late 90s and I grew up playing AoE3 and its expansions, I really enjoyed the campaing during my childhood and it was that the thing that made me discover my love for history. Now I have a job as a Historian on a big university in Brasil and I just got the aproval to writte a article making a indepth critique of the AoE3 campaing on a historical point of view.
Im hoping to get it done by July 18th, any suggestions are welcomed. My idea is to explain that even with all the fiction in the story surrounding the misteries of the Black family and the Circle of Ossus, the historical events and the general vibe of the periods represented in the chapters from the main game and both expansions are very accurate and can be used as a educational tool for kids and teens alike.
I will writte the article in Portuguese, my native lenguage, but I can try to translate it to the best of my english abilities.
