Need help & Unsportsmanlike Community

New player here, just getting back to Aoe3 after a 5 year break. Doing 2x2s Britain and French combo 20min treaty with my brother, and everybody we play against is CRAZY good at economy. We set a max level 10 requirement on our matches, but 90% of the players who join are an alt account that was created less than a week ago. The ones that do look legit will outscore us, outlast us, and eventually swamp us on military. When we see we lose again, we'll resign, ask the other team for help, and they'll just taunt and jeer instead of offering help, which we'd like to get. Maps have been wood-plentiful maps without water like Himalayes, Great Plains, etc. Not really sure where to start on help like this, any ideas? Thanks!
