For the uninitiated, a tati rush is a 20 villager straight archers build with no villagers on food after feudal age. A douche is where you delete your tc and build it next to your opponent's tc.
Archers alone can't take down an enemy TC.
In a Tati rush, there's no food for vills, so it's not like your TC is doing anything anyway.
I would think the marginal benefit of extra archers diminishes after a while if your opponent can't yet field an army against you, so once you've got archers out and in the enemy base, stopping production of archers to get enough wood to send half your economy forward for a forward tc doesn't seem too outrageous.
