A plausible two unique unit mod for AOE2 Age of Conquerors (Revamped)

The possibility of such a mod has been going on in my head for a while now. Although it's true that the Forgotten Empires, African Kingdoms and Rise of Rajas expansions added a lot of new civs, I feel that many of them are similar to one another and don't offer much variety. My proposal is to make a mod for the original AOC expansion, refining the existing civs so that every civ now has two unique units, and adding a couple of new civs (the new civs too would have two unique units). Some of the new civs may have been already featured in the DLC expansions, but here they're given different units, hence are rather distinct from the DLC ones.

Annamese (new civ)

Elephant Skirmisher: trained at the castle, skirmisher mounted on the back of an elephant, deals bonus damage against archers and cavalry archers.

Mong Dong: trained at the dock, a medium-sized warship that fires bullet balls like a hand-cannoneer, and has bonus damage against fire ships and demo ships.

Annamese would also get the Water Palisade, which is a type of palisade that can only be built on water, and has the same stats as its land counterpart. And to build these things, they also get a ship called builder ship, which is dedicated to construct these palisades.

Aztecs

Existing Unique Unit: Jaguar Warrior

New Unit: Coyote Runner (taking from aoe3), trained at the barracks, fast infantry that has a bonus attack against villagers and buildings, excellent raiding unit.

Britons

Existing Unique Unit: Longbowman

New Unit: Heavy Axeman (it is said that the Anglo-Saxons deployed them during the battle of Hastings in 1066), trained at the barracks, slow-moving heavy infantry wielding a double-handed battle axe, deals bonus damage against both cavalry and infantry, and can chop down trees to make a pathway.

Byzantines

Existing: Cataphract

New: Ballista, trained at the siege workshop, kind of like a cross between a scorpion and a mangonel, launches an arrow-like projectile like the scorpion, but the projectile travels in an arch like the mangonel. Deals bonus damage against buildings, walls, and siege units.

Byzantines would also get the Fire Tower, which is a unique defensive structure that deals bonus damage against siege units.

Celts

Existing: Woad Raider

New: Hobelar, trained at the stable, light cavalry that deals bonus damage against archers and skirms.

Chinese (North Chinese)

Existing: Chu Ko Nu

New: Iron Flail (again inspired by aoe3), trained at the stable, heavy cavalry that deals bonus damage against archers and siege.

Franks

Existing: Throwing Axeman

New: Elite Paladin, this one is a unique upgrade of the paladin. Elite paladins are stronger than paladins and they use a lance, but they are also very expensive to upgrade and to train.

Goths

Existing: Huskarl

New: Legionnaire, the Goths were heavily influenced by the Romans and this is a unit that reflects this influence. It wields a round shield and a pike, is trained at the barracks, and deals bonus damage against cavalry and skirms.

Huns

Existing: Tarkan

New: Lasso Cavalry, trained at the stable, somewhat similar to the Chinese meteor hammers in aoe3. It has a range of 1 and deals bonus damage against infantry.

Incas (new civ, disabled stable)

Macana Warrior: trained at the castle, light and nimble infantry unit armed with a wooden buckler and a star-shaped mace, has a rather high attack but low HP, and deals bonus damage against buildings and siege units.

Slinger: similar to the one in Forgotten Empires, and is trained at the archery range. Deals bonus damage against infantry.

Indians (new civ)

Armored Elephant: trained at their castle, not having as much HP as the Persian war elephant, but having much higher melee and pierce armor (base armor: 2 melee 4 pierce), and deals bonus damage against buildings, cavalry, and other elephant units.

Brahmin (inspired by aoe3): trained at their monastery, a monk mounted on an elephant, cannot pick up relics as normal monks do, but has much higher HP, though slightly shorter conversion range (range of 7).

Iroquois (new civ, disabled stable)

Forest Prowler: trained at the barracks and functions as their primary scout unit, similar to the eagle warrior of the meso-american civs (they also start with a pet black bear as their secondary scout), a light infantry armed with a wooden axe, and has a bonus attack against the militia line. Can be upgraded to elite forest prowler in the castle age.

Tomahawks: similar to throwing axeman but much faster, and can throw two axes at the same time. Deals bonus damage against cavalry and villagers. Trained at their castle (or rather, war hut).

Mantlet: trained at the siege workshop, has a very high pierce armor, throws an axe to attack, and deals bonus damage against skirmishers, archers, and siege units.

Japanese

Existing: Samurai

New: Ashigaru, trained at the archery range, hand-cannoneers that deal bonus damage against cavalry.

Khmer (new civ)

Ballista Elephant: trained at their castle, similar to the one in Rise of Rajas, though cannot shoot through trees.

Jungle Skirmisher: trained at the archery range, has the same range and attack as a normal skirmisher, though their speed is similar to the Eagle Warrior, and also has a higher HP and LOS than a normal skirm.

Kipchaks (new civ)

Ghilman:trained at their castle, a heavy cavalry armed with a mace, and deals bonus damage against buildings and infantry.

Kipchak Raider: a unique horse archer trained at their archery range, deals bonus damage against cavalry and villagers.

Koreans

Already have two unique units.

Malays (new civ)

Keris Warrior: trained at the castle, fast infantry armed with a keris curved sword and a rattan shield, has high pierce armor, and deals bonus damage against gunpowder units.

Djong: trained at the dock, a rather large sailing ship capable of transporting up to 15 units (number not affected by careening and dry dock upgrades), and is also armed with a cannon that has less range but faster projectile than a typical cannon galleon. Has bonus attack against cannon galleons, demo ships, and buildings.

Mapuche (new civ; the only native civ that has access to stable and to bombard cannon)

Mapuche Lancer: Trained at their stable. It's the only unit available in their stable, functions like the scout cavalry of generic civs. It deals bonus damage against other scout units (that is to say against scout cavalry, eagle warrior, maori warrior, and iroquois forest prowler).

Ironwood Club: Trained at their castle. Heavy infantryman wielding a long hardwood club, deals bonus damage against cavalry and buildings.

Mayans

Existing: Plumed Archers

New: Warrior Priest. Some of the most well-renowned warrior priests and rulers in Mayan society were actually female. They are trained at the monastery, resistant to conversion, and deals bonus damage against enemy monks. Unlike normal monks however, they cannot pick up relics.

Mongols

Existing: Mangudai

New: Grenadier. The grenade was originally a Chinese invention, however it was the Mongols that used it to great effect in their conquests. It's trained at the siege workshop and deals bonus damage against walls, towers, and buildings.

Alternatively, their secondary unique unit could also be a heavy cavalry. Keshik, trained at the stable, heavily armored cavalry wielding a lance, and deals bonus damage against unique cavalry units (cataphracts, mamelukes, tarkans, war elephants, etc).

Persians

Existing: War Elephant

New: Cataphract Camel, heavy camel unit armored in a fashion similar to the cataphract, and deals bonus damage against other camels (including camel archer, mameluke, and camel slinger). Trained at the stable.

Polynesians (new civ, disabled stable)

Maori Warrior: trained at the barracks, functions as their scout, similar to the eagle warrior of the meso-american civs. Armed with a stingray spear, they deal bonus damage against the spearman line.

Ula: Ula is a throwing club used in Fiji. Trained at their castle, has a high attack but low accuracy, kind of like a infantry version of the Arambai.

Pahi: trained at the dock, fast war canoe that launches javelins and has bonus damage against galleys and archers.

Saracens

Existing: Mameluke

New: Camel Archer, similar to the Berber one in African Kingdoms, but trained at the archery range.

South Chinese (new civ)

Zhanmadao: heavy melee infantry that deals bonus damage against cavalry and cavalry archers, trained at their castle.

Bamboo Firelancer: trained at the siege workshop, has a high pierce armor, and deals bonus damage against siege units and buildings. Basically a fire ship on land.

Spanish

Already has two unique units.

Tamils (new civ)

Urumi: trained at their castle, fast infantry with low HP and low attack, doesn't really deal bonus damage against any unit. However, it has an area-of-effect and can damage adjacent units while attacking, making it more effective in groups.

Kattumaram: trained at their dock, fast sailboat featuring two parallel hulls of equal size, deals bonus damage against fishing boats and trade cogs.

Tanguts (new civ)

Camel Slinger: This is what you get if you put a inca slinger on a camel. They deal bonus damage against infantry, and are trained at the castle.

Shenbi Crossbowman: A crossbowman with high pierce and melee armor that deals bonus damage against cavalry. Trained at the archery range.

Teutons

Existing: Teutonic Knight

New: Pavise Gunner, trained at the archery range, basically a hand-cannoneer with a pavise, has a high pierce and melee armor, and deals bonus damage against archers and generic hand-cannoneers.

Thais (new civ)

Temple Guard: a swift swordsman wielding twin swords and deals bonus damage against unique infantry units (Jaguars, Woads, Huskarls, Samurais, etc.) and against Monks. Trained at the castle.

Siege Elephant: similar to the Indian siege elephant in aoe3. An elephant with a small cannon on its back. Deals bonus damage against defensive structures (Castles, Walls, Towers, etc). Very slow and expensive, and has a shorter range and less attack than a bombard cannon. Trained at the siege workshop.

Turks

Existing: Janissary

New: Abus, heavy siege gun that takes two people to operate (so takes 2 pop slots), has a longer range than janissaries and hand-cannoneers, and deals bonus damage against siege units. Trained at the siege workshop.

Vikings

Already have two unique units.
