As i see in the aoe 2 recent discussion of new civs, what civs can be added in a future new aoe 3 expansion?

There are too many civs mised in aoe 3, most notably the swedes and italians (both being cut from the game), also nations like polish, austrians, swiss, and other europeans were very important in the 16th-18 centuries.

Besides, the actual germans only represent the prussians, so they can be renamed into prussians and add the true HRE civ.

Also is a great shame that persians (safavids) weren't present in game since they re remembered as one of the gunpowder empires.

what about african factions like songhay, kanem and ethiopians?

and in east asia a perfect expansion focused on indochina like Rise of the Rajas is for aoe 2 including the siamese (ayyuthaya), burmese (toungoo) vietnamese (dai viet), also the koreans.

Regarding on natives, some can be converted from being minor tribes to playable factions, including incas, mapuche, tupi.

Don't forget the nations of america, being a potential for a expansion themed in the independence era we can get Colombia, Brazil, USA, etc...

these are my thought of that, don't count the famous mods since this post is only for a hypotetical new expansions.
