Balance idea

It has been quite a while since the last change, and to be honest I think the current state of the game is pretty good, so try to make as little changes as possible. Only a few thing I wanted to address here:

  1. Tower meta: It is self-explanatory. Not the most interesting meta to play with.
  2. Defensive-booming meta: Quick walling is so good that sometimes you don't need too many military to defend yourself.
  3. Water dominance from Italian: The nature of water battle in AoE2 means water balance is just very hard, but I think at least we can have some civs being better in some water map and game mode (like how Vikings is just a beast in team game but just meh in 1v1).
  4. Slight buff to Vietnamese and Saracens. Both of them have low appearance and little places in the game.

General

  • Eagle scout -1 LoS in Dark Age
  • Watch tower HP reduced from 1020 to 820
  • Watch tower attack reduced from 5P to 4P
  • Extra arrows from watch tower attack reduced from 5P to 4P
  • Watch tower +2 Bonus damage against towers and stone walls
  • Palisade wall costs 5W each (consistent with stone wall)
  • Palisade gate costs 30W each (consistent with stone wall)

Civ specific

Franks

  • Foragers work +15% faster only

Italians

  • Fishing ships costs -10% only

Japanese

  • Fishing ships work 10%/15%/20%/25% faster (+5% per age)

Saracens

  • Market, University and Monastery cost 75W less
  • Transport ship no longer have 2XHP and +5 carry capacity
  • Transport ship cost 75W less

Vietnamese

  • Remove "Free Conscription"
  • New Bonus: Military production +30% faster starting from castle age.
  • (Elite) Rattan Archer +10HP
  • Paper money: Market trade when selling resources are free.
  • Paper money costs 300F 200G
