Desyncs sometimes happen on the HD. Some of you may think this can raise one team's elo over another's but you are wrong. Everybody loses elo when a Desync happens.
So if you think "2 people Desynced on me yesterday. So I have to Desync on two games I am losing to balance out my elo." you are wrong. Everybody lost elo on those last two desynces. You just don't lose it right away. It is taken away some time afterwards. This problem was fixed long long ago by the dev team on HD. One of the few things they actually do.
