According to aoe2.net khmer are the worst civ by far for 1v1 in wk. Their win rate's like 35% or something. I get that adding arbalest was a good buff and agree that their late game deathball is very strong, but something needs to be done about the early game.
In my experience the house garrison is nice but doesn't stop you from having idle time. Also, in most 1v1 feudal wars you will need a barracks either for m&a or spears. So neither of the early game bonuses are enough for me.
