Need help with custom data sets on multiplayer

I see that you can search for matches with custom data sets on the lobby browser but when I want to create a match with my data sets i can't, I downloaded "the American world" and when I want to create a lobby including the American world civilizations, the civilizations data set dont show up, can someone help please

I don't know if I'm breaking any rule sorry for that.
