I've got a bit of a problem and I hope this sub could help me out. I've forgotten my username and password for my online account for aoe3. I found this sub that linked me to the site and requested my username using the product and CD key. Turned out my username was one I've never heard about before. Then I requested the email password reset but didn't receive one.
could it be that someone else is using my account? is there a way to solve this?
