Stuffvin the Scenario Editor, do you think they deserve to be in a specific civs?

So in the Scenario Editor, there are some units which aren't in any civ tree, excluding the AoE ones like Legionary, Centurion & Priest

There's the - Amazon Warrior & Archer - Eastern Swordsman - Nordic Swordsman - Canoe - Junk - Scythian Women - Sea Wall & Tower - Fire Tower - Trade Workshop (though idk how this will be made useful) - Storage (again idk how this will be made useful) - City Wall - Fortified Palisade Wall - Fence - Huts/Yurts/Army Tents

While they do suit the Campaigns they were featured in, Do you think some of these shall be included in civs? If yes, which ones, if not, why?
