Oh deer!

So I have a few doubts regarding the hunting of deers:

1) what determines whether it's better to send 3 or 4 vills to hunt deers?

2) Is it worth it (and possible) to lure deer with the scout on HD considering the lag?

3) Is there a situation/strategy where not going for the deers is better, besides if they are bugged or really far?

4) Do spanish villagers with supremacy kill deer on 1 hit?
