Can someone give me a quick update?

Hey.

I was wondering if someone could give me a quick on the current state of the game/competitive scene since I havent played for almost a year.

When I stopped TheViper was on top and everyone was still playing AoE2:HD.

Did everyone move on to AOE2:DE and has there been any changes in who is the best atm?
