Could we ever see the possibility of new graphics content packs for AOE2 DE?

Pretty much what the title says, or "imagine this, but for AOE2 DE!" The attached image was made by the guy who made the Indian Architecture set for AOE2 HD but it was unfortunately never finished.

I know the devs said they wouldn't be adding any more new civilizations into the game, but would that preclude the possibility of getting more graphical or scenario editor content? AOE2 DE is truly beautiful, and I've seen a lot of people here wondering about the Mongols/Huns/Cumans getting a potential Nomadic Architecture Set, and it seems like now (or well, hopefully soon) with DE's release it would be an excellent time to do such a thing. I also have happy memories of Warsmithy's unique Byzantine Architecture Set back in the HD Steam Workshop, which helped keep them distinct from the regular Mediterranean buildings used by the Italians, Portuguese, and now Spanish.

I am well aware the game is quite graphically intensive and any new art for the game would take a lot of work, so this is nothing more than a pipe dream -- or if it does happen, probably as paid DLC. Still, even as the latter, is there any possibility this could happen?
