How to make TAB bind-able ?

By default, you can't set TAB as a bind in in-game options so i tried to edit all the shortcut related files but nothing seems to work atm. Thus, i know you can set TAB as a successful bind so i am asking how you do so because i'm obviously doing something wrong :/

Also i would like to know if you can set the following binds :

- ² (the button above the tab)

- < (the button next to the shift)

- windows button (the button next to ctrl)

and if so, what are the correct syntaxes for them when editing the config files ?
