Noob question regarding AOE 2 DE Scenario Editor

Hi,

Apologies if this has been asked before. Is it possible to place buildings from a different civilization as your own in the scenario editor? E.g. if Player 1 is set as Franks, can you place a Japanese castle as his/her building?
