Countering Archer + Camel Combo

I have been playing with strong cavarly civs recently and having serious trouble playing against strong archer civs which also has camel in their inventory, particularly Chinese. (or Mongols)

After some drush FC full wall discovery, if I go for 2 stable Knight play + Mangonels in Castle to kill the initial XBows push immediate reaction from Chinese player is to add some Camels into the mix and this is where the trouble starts. I can never win those fights with Knight + Mango vs Camel + Archer.

I tried adding:

1) Pikes? -> Doesn't work due to Xbows
2) My own Crowssbows -> Too late to transition
3) Monks -> Xbows again

I have lost many times to Camel + Archers combo so I start to believe that if the Chinese player goes archer play, you should never switch to Knight play. It is like dead end. Maybe skirm play in the first place?

Any ideas?
