United States… and United States

Maybe it's just me, but it doesn't make sense to me having the United States as a revolutionary choice for British, Dutch, French and Swedes after having the actual United States as a new civ. We could have Australia for British, Norway for Swedes (and for French and Dutch maybe something from Asia or Africa -given the new expansion-).

Then again, I get that the US is a country born from revolution, so it makes sense having them as a choice, but other choices (like Hungary or Egypt, e.g.) were not even "real nations" (one was one half of the Habsburg Empire, the other was directly part of the Ottoman Empire before becoming a British protectorate).
