USA discussion

People like to claim USA is UP, but it seems very clear that they have some OP elements, such as: they can get 13 guard uhlans for only 500f 500w by sending a shipment and are able to retrain them. Most civs that get guard unit shipments get them from the church in age 3 after sending a card and they're way more clunky (spain halbs for example), expensive, and aren't retrainable. I really think pulaski's legion should cost at least 1000w instead of 500f 500w. I know some folks will try chiming in "uSA iS wEaK wE d0n'T hAve teH bEsT aNtiCav" ..... Seriously? USA gets big dragoon and Apache rider shipments that are affordable and can retain goons. I'd say USA is the least fun civ to play against, I'd much rather fight Sweden or Japan which I can actually beat regularly. USA just turtles and spams factories before anyone else can get them and it's a dumb design. (I'm elo 1500 btw)
